Magnesium phosphate pentahydrate (Magnesium 75mg) 363mg
Ziziphus (Zizyphys jujube var spinosa) extract dry conc.250 mg equiv.dry seed 5g
Valerian (Valeriana officinalis) extract dry conc.300 mg equiv.dry root 1.2g
Hops (Humulus Lupulus) extract dry conc.40 mg equiv. dry fruit 200mg.

No added yeast, gluten, wheat, milk products. No added artificial sweeteners. Contains sulfites.
 

Adults:Take 2 tablets once a day, 30 minutes to an hour before bedtime.
