Blackmores Iron Glycinate is a one-a-day iron tablet that supports energy levels and fatigue when dietary intake is inadequate.

It's a gentle on the stomach, low constipation, low nausea form of iron with enhanced absorption* when taken with food. It also supports healthy red blood cell production when dietary intake is inadequate.

*Compared to standard ferrous sulfate.
Ingredients

Each tablet contains:
Iron (II) Glycinate (Iron 24 mg) 87.7 mg.

No added gluten, wheat, milk derivatives or preservatives. No added artificial sweeteners. Contains sulfites.
Directions

Adults: Take 1 tablet once a day, or as prescribed by a health professional. Take with food.
Precautions
  • Always talk to your health professional before taking multiple products for pregnancy.
  • Not for the treatment of iron deficiency conditions.
  • If you are concerned about the health of yourself or your baby, talk to your health practitioner.
  • Advise your doctor of any medicine you take during pregnancy, particularly in your first trimester.
  • If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional.
  • Supplements can only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate.
  • Store below 30°C in a dry place away from direct sunlight.
  • Do not use if clear plastic seal around the cap is broken or missing.
