Description

Dolphin Clinic Rosemary Pure Essential Oil is useful for supporting optimal cognitive processes and is a great ally during exam time when retaining information is key. Rosemary has antiseptic properties so can support a healthy immune response to ills and chills, as well as support to keep airways clear. Rosemary essential oil is useful for joint and muscle support when applied via massage.

Directions

For an awakening blend in the morning, add 3 drops lavender, 2 drops rosemary, 1 drop cedarwood to the diffuser or vaporiser. You can also place a few drops on tissue to inhale as required. All essential oils should simply be blended in a carrier oil before applying to the skin. The dilution rate is usually 5 drops of essential oil blended into 10ml of carrier oil (carrier oils such as almond, apricot, avocado, jojoba, etc.).Use: 4-8 drops in a vaporiser or diffuser.
Precautions
  • Never ingest essential oils.
  • Never use them undiluted on your skin.
  • If accidentally ingested do not induce vomiting, follow with olive oil or milk and seek advice from a health professional.
  • Avoid contact with eyes - flush with water.
  • Keep out of reach of children.
  • Never use essential oils topically on babies under 3 months old (except under the guidance of a qualified therapist). If using topically with children, halve the amount of essential oils used (e.g. 2 drops per 10 ml).
  • Avoid continual repetitive use - not more than 4-5 days in any week, unless in severe circumstances or under the guidance of a healthcare professional.
  • Can irritate the skin. Dilute well.
  • Avoid during pregnancy.
  • Don't use it if you have epilepsy or high blood pressure.
