Description
Dolphin Clinic Vetiver Pure Essential Oil is useful for joint support, mobility and flexibility. It is an oil that supports a strong connection for couples, being grounding, relaxing, and supportive of a balanced stress response. Blemish and redness support for clear skin when mixed appropriately with a carrier.

Blends well with cedarwood, lavender, patchouli, petitgrain.

Directions

All essential oils should simply be blended in a carrier oil before applying to the skin. The dilution rate is usually 5 drops of essential oil blended into 10ml of carrier oil (carrier oils such as almond, apricot, avocado, jojoba, etc.).

Use: 4-8 drops in a vaporiser or diffuser.

To calm your mind add 2 drops vetiver and 3 drops orange to a vaporiser or on a tissue and inhale directly. 
Precautions
  • Never ingest essential oils.
  • Never use them undiluted on your skin.
  • If accidentally ingested do not induce vomiting, follow with olive oil or milk and seek advice from a health professional.
  • Avoid contact with eyes - flush with water.
  • Keep out of reach of children.
  • Never use essential oils topically on babies under 3 months old (except under the guidance of a qualified therapist). If using topically with children, halve the amount of essential oils used (e.g. 2 drops per 10 ml).
  • Avoid continual repetitive use - not more than 4-5 days in any week, unless in severe circumstances or under the guidance of a healthcare professional.
  • Can irritate the skin, dilute well.
  • Avoid during pregnancy.
