Description

Efamol Active Memory: Advanced blend of high strength omega 3 fish oil, folic acid, vitamin B 12, phosphatidyl serine and ginkgo biloba.

Omega 3 fatty acids which are one of the building blocks of the brain, Each Efamol Brain Active Memory capsule provides 250mmg of the omega 3 DHA the level shown to support brain health.

Vitamin B12 and folic acids witch support healthy brain function and normal homocysteine metabolism, key for nervous system health.

Ginkgo biloba which helps to support healthy brain circuation and health brain aging. Phosphatidyl serine which is a component of the cell membranes of nerve and brain tissue.

Directions

Adults: Take one or two capsules per day with food or drink. Efamol advises optimising the body’s natural store of these important nutrients by doubling the recommended intake for the first twelve weeks.
