"Bottle says to take x1 capsule between breakfast and lunch, which I did, just made me ravenous. So now I take one a day with food. Keeps me satiated for hours longer, BUT it's done nothing after a month of taking one a day, as per the bottle instructions, to curb the sweet cravings. I'll stay with it til the bottle is empty then reassess whether it's actually helped. I particularly wanted it for the sweet cravings"
