Total elemental Magnesium 400mg from:
Magnesium (as oxide) 400mg
Zinc (as oxide) 2mg
Encapsulating aids (Microcrystalline cellulose, Silicon dioxide, Magnesium stearate)

Formulated without: Gluten, wheat, dairy products, egg, soy, corn, artificial colours, artificial flavours, artificial sweeteners or preservatives.
Directions

Adults take: 1 capsule daily with food for everyday health support.

Or as directed by your healthcare professional. 
Precautions
