Description
Life Extenion Optimized Ashwagandha Extract contains ashwagandha which has been the subject of studies and is believed to support well being and a healthy outlook. Scientists have discovered that the Indian herb ashwagandha (withania somnifera) supports the body during times of stress as an antioxidant.
In research, ashwagandha has been shown to support balanced cortisol levels, which plays a role in healthy blood sugar and blood lipid levels. Taking the standardised ashwagandha extract has shown support for energy, sleep and wellbeing. Additional research suggests that ashwagandha supports the normal regeneration of axons and dendrites, nerve cell components that support brain and nervous system function.
