Keto Bake Mix Raspberry White Chocolate

White Chocolate Buttons (33%) (Maltitol, Cocoa Butter, Milk Solids, Soy Protein Isolate, Soy Lecithin, Natural Flavour), Soluble Corn Fibre, Erythritol, Almond Meal, Lupin Flour, Tapioca Starch, Coconut Flour, Psyllium, Freeze-dried Raspberries (2%), Baking Powder, Monk Fruit Extract.

Contains almonds, soy, and lupin.

You’ll need:

• 150 g butter
• 3 eggs

Method:

1. Preheat oven to 160 °C and line a 20 cm × 20 cm tray with baking paper.
2. Pour the contents of the mix into a large mixing bowl.
3. Melt butter gently until liquid but not too hot. Add melted butter and eggs to the bowl and whisk until smooth.
4. Pour into the lined tray and bake for 30 minutes, or until just cooked through.
5. Allow to cool completely before slicing into 16 squares.
