Keto Bake Mix Rich Chocolate Brownies

Gluten & Grain-free Flour Blend (Almond Meal, Lupin Flour, Coconut Flour, Tapioca Flour), Soluble Corn Fibre, Non-gmo Erythritol, Dutch Cocoa Powder (14%), Baking Powder, Monk Fruit Extract.contains Almonds and Lupin.

You’ll need:

• 3 eggs
• 200 g unsalted butter, melted
• 3 tablespoons (60 ml) water

Method:

1. Preheat oven to 160°C.
2. Line a 20 cm x 20 cm baking tray with baking paper.
3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, butter, and water until combined.
4. Add the contents of the mix packet and whisk until smooth.
5. Transfer batter into the prepared tray and bake for about 20 minutes or until cooked.
6. Allow to cool before slicing into bars or squares.

Keto Bake Mix 300 g = 12–16 serves.
