Elecampane has been known for thousands of years as a tonic for the respiratory system, supporting tickly chests and clear airways. Grindelia, mullein and hyssop support mucus removal, soothing tight chests and lungs.

Ingredients

Each 5mL Dose Contains:
Inula helenium (Inula helenium) Root Extract equiv. to dry root 950 mg
Grindelia robusta (Grindelia robusta) Extract equiv. to dry root 950 mg
Verbascum thapsus L. (Verbascum thapsus L.) Extract equiv. to dry root 950 mg
Hyssopus officinalis (Hyssopus officinalis) Extract equiv. to dry root 238 mg
Glycyrrhiza glabra (Glycyrrhiza glabra) Extract equiv. to dry root 2200 mg
Eriobotrya japonica (Eriobotrya japonica) Extract equiv. to fresh 110 mg
NZ Mānuka Honey 100 mg
Peppermint Essential Oil 0.0063 mL
Eucalyptus Essential Oil 0.004 mL
Cedar Essential Oil 0.001 mL
Aniseed Essential Oil 0.001 mL
Other Ingredients: Glycerine, Xanthan Gum, Water, Citric Acid.
Directions

Adults: Take 5ml (1 metric tsp) up to 5x per day. Swirl in mouth for at least 10 seconds before swallowing for best results. Shake well before use.Children under 12 years of age may take the Me Today Potent Herbal Children's Range.
