Ribwort supports the reduction of mucus production for clear nasal passages. Chamomile is traditionally known for its healing benefits in the respiratory tract. Ribwort and marshmallow support the production of a mucilage layer in the throat for instant comfort.

Ingredients

Each 5ml dose contains:Ribwort (Plantago lanceolata) Extract equiv. dry root 600mg Echinacea (Echinacea purpurea) Extract equiv. to dry root 600mgChamomile (Chamomilla recutita) Extract equiv. dry 500mg Marshmallow (Althaea officinalis) Extract equiv.to dry 150mgLiquorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra) Extract equiv. to dry 150mlOther Ingredients: Vegetable Glycerine, Water, Natural Flavours.
Directions

To use: Shake well before use. Take recommended dose 3 times per day for daily sinus comfort.Increase to 5 times per day when feeling very congested.Recommended Dosage: Infants 0-1 years: Take 0.5mlChildren 1-2 years: Take 0.5 – 1.5ml (1/4 metric tsp)Children 2-5 years: Take 1.5 – 3ml (1/2 metric tsp)Children 5 years and over: Take 5ml (1 metric tsp)
