"I have had very bad sinus issues since a child and nothing had quite worked. I can use almost two rolls of toilet paper in a day just blowing away my nose. I knew I had to detox for a real fix. I read an article on moving the lymph and taking herbs to help with upper circulation to drain the sinus and congestion, and wham! the next morning I woke up with half the mucus I usually have. I didn't wake up in the middle of the night to blow my nose or use my inhaler. Sleep quality improves dramatically. Dry eczema patches finally cleared up around my eyes and under my nose. The itchiness of the sinuses and eyes have also decreased. The combination I am taking is Nature's Sunshine's Lymphomax and Ginkgo & Hawthorne Combo, Nature's Way GotuKola, and Lifestream's Circulate. Full dosage as directed on the bottle.
