Excellent tablets to calm the mind
"I read the reviews on this product and decided to try for myself, I have trouble switching off when it comes to sleeping always seems to have things on my mind. The first time I tried them I could not believe how much calmer I felt, my husband was ill and dealing with the stress of all the tests etc he was undergoing I found this tablet calmed me down. I have been taking two per day and noticed a big difference in myself, sleeping better as well, although I do wake up I go back to sleep without thinking about things."
