"I used this with the pre birth spray with my second pregnancy and it was excellent. This stuff seemed to make me a lot calmer during Labour and I dunno if I can attribute this spray to it but the birth was very quick and drug free. I delivered my 9lb 7oz girl with no trouble, no tearing or anything and recovered extremely quickly. Highly recommend!"

"I used this product alongside with the pre-birth product. As soon as I started active labour I started using the spray. As with the pre birth, I found the use of this product enabled me to prepare myself mentally as well as physically. I found that by using this I was able to experience time distortion during our birthing experience (my husband had to help me remember to take the spray sometimes!) As directed, I continued to use this product after our baby was born (and I used extra Arnica Spray), I healed very quickly. . . due to this product and a healthy lifestyle :-) Our baby was 11lb 11oz."
