Didn't notice difference
"I took these for a few months and didn\'t notice much difference in my overall health but at the time I was dealing with iron and b12 deficiencies which I didn\'t get on top of fast enough to have an adequate balance. The only thing I did notice was skin seemed to improve but I can\'t tell if it was due to taking this. I don\'t believe I will try these again as they are not Vegan and I try to make sure all my products are Vegan certified."
