"Recommend that your children brush their teeth soon after eating them. We were giving these to our kids on the drive to school and a dental exam later in the day still showed discolouration that ""they'd never seen before"". We changed when they took them and discolouration discontinued, fyi"
Yummy but sticky
"I bought these for my daughter, but she refuses to eat them, so I've been taking them. The flavour is nice but they are very sticky and you spend a fair amount of time afterwards picking them out of your teeth. There is also a metallic kind of after taste, which isn't bad, but is there. They don't have huge amounts of iron, and I can't say if they are well absorbed or not as I haven't been taking them long enough to tell."
