Solgar Evening Primrose Oil 1300mg is a source of gamma-linolenic acid (GLA).

Evening primrose oil is often taken by women seeking hormonal support and is often recommended to support healthy nourished skin. The benefits of evening primrose oil (EPO) are due to the omega-6 polyunsaturated fatty acid, gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), content of this oil. GLA supports the normal production of hormones and makes this a commonly used product for women of childbearing ages.

The oil used in this product comes from the cold pressed seeds of the evening primrose plant. There are few foods that contain this important fatty acid.

Solgar Evening Primrose Oil 1300mg is a source of the essential omega-6 fatty acid, and comes in an easy to take softgel with the recommended dosage of 1300mg.

Directions

Adults:  Take 1 to 2 softgels daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
