Helps my arthritus
"I take one of these tablets each day in combination with a Solgar Curcumin capsule and have found, by taking both, that the pain in my fingers caused by arthritis has gone away. It took about a month of doing this every day before I noticed a difference but the pain has stayed away so long as I take them each day. The only down side is the tablets are very big so some people could have difficulty with swallowing them."

Huge tablets difficult to swallow
"I usually appreciate the high quality of Solgar products and would usually give them a high score. These supplements are undoubtedly very good but I gave a low score because the tablets are so huge I couldn't swallow them. I cut one in 1/2 and then into 1/4 but they still were a problem. Same problem for my partner so we threw them out. I do not usually have any issue with swallowing."
Tablets too big
"I usually like Solgar products because of their quality. However, these tablets are so large they almost made me choke (even when I cut them into quarters). I normally do not have swallowing problems. An expensive product to have to throw out."
