Alpha-Linolenic Acid (ALA), found in flaxseed oil, supports cardiovascular health, and supports normal blood cholesterol levels.

"A good product that requires refrigeration once opened. Perhaps obviously they come in a capsule and perhaps not so obviously these are large in size. Whilst these are not overly difficult to swallow (due to the smooth shaped capsule), it may be an important factor for some."
