"Wanting a non bovine glucosamine , I chose this , as well as the added benefit of msm which has been shown to help with joint issues. Nearly at the end of the bottle I have noticed some improvement though I have also taken Vitamin D and K2 with it Having tired many products I am hoping the improvements will continue!"
