Description

Solgar Griffonia 5-HTP contains L-5-hydroxytryptophan, valerian, vitamin B6 and magnesium.

It has been designed to support serotonin production. Serotonin is a neurotransmitter involved in normal mood, sleep and appetite.

1-2 capsules of Solgar Griffonia 5-HTP provides ingredients that can support normal sleep patterns, mood and appetite.
Ingredients

Each vegetable capsule contains:
Magnesium 56.3mg 
Griffonia Seed extract 334mg 
Of which: 
5-HTP (L-5-Hydroxytryptophan) 100mg 
Valerian Root extract 100mg 
Vitamin B6 10mg

Vegetable Capsule Shell: hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose, Magnesium (as oxide, bisglycinate), Valeriana officinalis Root extract
Bulking Agent: microcrystalline cellulose
Anti-caking Agents: vegetable stearic acid, vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine hydrochloride, pyridoxal-5’-phosphate).
Directions

Adults: As a dietary supplement take one (1) vegetable caspule daily with water, in between mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

Do not exceed directions for use. If you experience stomach sensitivity, take with dietary.
