Solgar Liquid Vitamin E comes in liquid form to support easy absorption.

This liquid vitamin E can support a daily beauty regime, used either topically or ingested. Our skin faces a lot each day: dirt and pollution, the elements, air-conditioning, lack of sleep and even eating on the go. City living can impact skin health. Liquid Vitamin E drops provide antioxidants to support cells with oxidative stress from free radicals.

Vitamin E is a fat-soluble vitamin and can be found in nuts, nut oils, olive oil, green leafy vegetables and avocados. Vitamin E supports the immune system. Dietary supplementation with Vitamin E can support dietary intake and normal levels in the body.

Vitamin E (150 IU, as d-alpha tocopherol)  101 mg α-TE 839

Antioxidant (plus d-beta, d-delta and d-gamma tocopherol)  0.23 mg

Directions
