Pantothenic acid (vitamin B5) is one of the B vitamins which support health and wellbeing. It can be found in foods like avocados, beans, eggs, green vegetables, wholegrains, organ meats like kidney and heart, and mushrooms. Pantothenic acid supports energy metabolism, and normal energy levels in the body. It supports adrenal gland function and supports the normal formation and function of certain hormones and neurotransmitters.

Ingredients

Each vege capsule contains:
Pantothenic Acid (as D-pantothenate, calcium) 550mg

Vegetable Capsule Shell: hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose
Anti-caking Agents: (silicon dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate)
Directions

As a food supplement for adults, take one (1) Vegetable Capsule daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
