"Wow! I am amazed at how effective this supplement is! I've been taking for a week now, with breakfast, and I have sustained energy right through til bed time. . . and beyond. . . I've dropped from two Capsules per day to one as falling asleep was difficult with two. I'm normally a coffee a day person, and two a day if I'm tired, but this week I've forgotten to have a coffee on 3 days, just didn't feel tired and crave it."
