Designed to balance a worried mind, Solgar® Ultimate Calm combines two plant-based ingredients KSM-66® Ashwagandha and affron® Saffron. Rooted in the tradition of Ayurveda, Ashwagandha is celebrated for its adaptogen properties, supporting mindfulness and calm. Saffron is a potent spice that has a history of use to support emotional wellbeing and a positive mood.

One tablet is all that’s needed on those occasional days when you are feeling under pressure or need a little extra support.

Ashwagandha Extract, KSM-66® (Milk)(Withania somnifera) (root) 500 mg 

Saffron Extract, affron® (Crocus sativus L.)(stigma) 28 mg

Directions

Take:One tablet daily, preferably at mealtimes or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
