Swanson Kyoto Aged Black Garlic: When looking for something that packs a powerful antioxidant punch, Swanson Kyoto Aged Black Garlic delivers.

Used traditionally in Japanese practices for centuries, Japanese black garlic is a rich source of phosphorus, manganese, calcium, and selenium as well as vitamins B6 and C.

Swanson aged black garlic capsules also carry up to 10 times more free radical fighting polyphenols than regular garlic. The antioxidants in Japanese black garlic support immune and cardiovascular function.

Swanson Aged Black Garlic’s fermentation is accomplished by enzymatic reaction, which gives it higher concentrations of antioxidants and reduces the odor commonly associated with raw garlic.

Each capsule contains:
Aged Fermented Black Garlic (Allium sativum) (whole garlic) 650 mg
Other ingredients: Gelatin, rice bran, magnesium stearate, silica.
Directions

Adults take: One capsule per day with food and water.
