"I have taken many supplements in the past and never reacted. I decided to try this due to claims in the product description about skin, and also customer reviews loving it. I unfortunately reacted horribly and my skin was the worst it’s been in decades. Raw and red and cyst-like acne which I never get. I have since found that research says if you have enough Biotin already then taking it can make skin worse. So just something to be aware of as I myself had a terrible experience. I do however believe my hair grew longer which was a plus."
