Directions

Adults: Take one to two tablets daily (with food), or as professionally advised.
Store below 30°C in a dry place.
Precautions
  • When taken in excess of 3000mcg retinol equivalents, Vitamin A can cause birth defects.
  • If you are pregnant, or considering becoming pregnant, do not take Vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist. The recommended daily amount of Vitamin A from all sources is 700mcg retinol equivalents for women and 900mcg retinol equivalents for men. 
  • This product contains Selenium which is toxic in high doses.
  • A daily dose of 150mcg for adults of Selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. 
  • Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a
  • balanced diet. 
  • If symptoms persist, consult your healthcare professional.
  • Not to be used in children under two years of age without medical advice. Adults only
  • Use only as directed and always read the label.
  • Not recommended for use in pregnant or lactating women.
  • Keep out of reach of children. 
  • Do not use if bottle and/or cap seal is missing or broken.
  • Andrographis-containing products have the potential to cause serious allergic reactions. Stop taking the product if you experience any signs or symptoms of an allergic reaction such as rash, shortness of breath/difficulty breathing, or swelling of the tongue or face. Seek immediate medical attention if you experience a serious allergic reaction.
  • Do not use in place of prescribed anti-virals or anti-infectives.
