Ultimate Life Glutamine is the single most abundant amino acid found in large amounts in the muscles. Because this amino acid helps to build and maintain muscle, it is useful for people on diets, high intensity training athletes and bodybuilders.

Glutamine is important in supporting a healthy digestive tract and is essential for repair of the gastrointestinal tract. The cells of the body require an adequate supply of glutamine as this is also a primary source of fuel for a healthy immune system and amino acid balance.

Directions

Take: 1 heaped teaspoon once or twice daily mixed into water or juice.
