Miso is one of Japan’s traditional fermented foods.
Urban Hippie Miso is then fermented for more than 6 months. Miso is a versatile condiment that you can use for soups, stir fries, marinades, dips, and dressings.
This product is a naturally fermented food that been processed to ensure the healthy cultures remain active. This means they can occasionally blow their lid when opened or leak. But don’t worry it’s still fine to eat – it’s actually a good sign the cultures are active and have continued to do their job of fermenting.
