Ingredients

Nettle leaf.
Directions

Serving size: 1 teaspoon (2.5g) per cup.Water temperature: 100 degrees celcius.Steeping time: 2 - 10 minutes.

*Strain and add honey to sweeten if desired.*Steeping time may vary depending on personal taste. The longer the steeping time, the stronger the tea.
