"I have been taking this supplement for a couple of weeks now. Worth mentioning is I get the 'flush' effect if taking on an empty stomach first thing in the morning but if I take it later in the day or once I've eaten I don't get the flush effect. It's not unpleasant just a warm tingle and rash mainly on face that disappears after 20 minutes. I'm unsure if the product still works as well if you don't get the flush. I am taking as heard it can be beneficial for adult acne. Have seen a small improvement so far so I'm hopeful."

Full body make-over!
"For 1 whole year my hair was getting thin and I had a bold patch (the size of an Aussie 50 cent piece) on my scalp above my eye area due to psoriasis on the scalp and forehead. For over a year I would brush my hair in a comb-over hair doe to hide this patch. Regret purchase, horrible side effects.
"Within 5 mins, the flushing effect occured all over my entire body with a horrible burning effect. My face was bright red and skin felt tight. Stomach churned. Extremely uncomfortable. Not happy with this product, not worth the side effects"

Its not an allergic reaction, its a flush and if you experienced it - it means 1. its a Good quality niacin 2. you are deficient in niacin!!! 3. Its great for your body. A lot of people take it to get the flush, as it has a lot of benefits for your health and it 4. It will subside on its own n 10-15 minutes! No need to panic or good forbid take antihistamines.
