Waihi Bush Flax Seed Oil Garlic: Pure New Zealand grown, cold pressed and fully traceable flax seed oil original infused with the flavour of garlic.

Flax seed oil is one of nature’s richest plant sources of omega 3 (ALA).
Ingredients

Certified organic, cold pressed, extra virgin flax seed oil (100%), proudly grown and produced in Canterbury, New Zealand. Infused with natural extract of garlic.
Directions

To use: Recommend taking 1 to 2 tablespoons of oil a day (15-30ml).Drizzled over meat or roast veges, liven up mashed potatoes and marinades. or add to mayonnaise. dressings and dips.Flax Seed Oil Garlic will remain fresh and tasty in the fridge for up to 12 weeks once opened.
Precautions
  • Flax seed oil garlic can be used on cold, warm and hot foods just prior to serving, but should never be cooked or fried as this destroys the health-giving properties of this delicate oil. 
  • Never reheat food containing flax seed oil garlic.
  • See bottle for best before date and batch.
