"I have used arnica for years. 5 drops under the tongue. sometimes one dose is all that is needed to alleviate muscle aches and pains. if pain is more severe I sometimes take 2 or 3 doses 15 minutes apart and rub arnica cream directly onto sore muscles. best taken away from food and at least 1 hour after mints or toothpaste."
