Yum Granola Vanilla Bean & Almond Pancake Waffle Mix is protein packed and low carb, these gluten free/grain free, fluffy-as pancakes are what dreams are made of. 

When prepared as instructed with eggs and milk they contain over 12 grams of protein per serve. They are full of flavour with zero added sugars. 

The Waffle Mix provide energy that lasts, all while feeling light and good in your belly! An incredible addition for your weekend brekkies.
Ingredients

Ground almond (31%)
Tapioca flour*
Hemp protein
Coconut flour
Baking soda
Cream of tartar
Vanilla Bean (0.3%)
Sea salt
Monk fruit powder

Directions
  1. Whisk 2 eggs, 1/2 cup milk, and 1 cup (120g) pancake mix in a large bowl until smooth.
  2. Let sit for 5 minutes.
  3. Gently whisk again, adding another tablespoon of water or milk if too thick.
  4. Once hot, pour batter on griddle using 2 T per pancake.
  5. Cook until edges are firm, flip, repeat and eat!

For Waffles:Cook in waffle iron until slightly crispy on the outside!
