"I started taking these bitters to counteract diabetic tendencies - as bitters stimulate the production of bile and upkeeps the health of the pancreas. I think it has helped, although I rarely take it (I am mainly trying to address the diabetes through food). When I do take it, I feel it makes a difference - in the level of energy and sense of internal cleanliness it provides. Recommended!"
