Solgar Resveratrol 100mg contains the polyphenol, resveratrol.

Polyphenols are found in plant food sources like berries, broccoli, and chili. Red wine and the Japanese knotweed plant (Polygonum cuspidatum) are other well-known sources.

Resveratrol is often referred to as the key ingredient responsible for the ‘French-paradox’ – the reason why the French maintain good health while consuming rich foods and alcohol. Resveratrol may also support the normal functioning of the cardiovascular system.

Directions

Adults: As a dietary supplement for adults, one (1) vegetable capsules daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Do not exceed directions for use.
