Description
Solgar Thermogenic Complex with Svetol combines 8 key ingredients to provide this comprehensive weight management formula. Thermogenesis has long been recognised as a key factor for regulating metabolism by stimulating the body’s natural thermogenic activity and increasing energy expenditure while supporting optimal body composition.
Numerous studies have demonstrated the thermogenic action of several of nature's botanicals and nutrients. Svetol Green coffee, Green tea, Bioperine (black pepper extract) and Cayenne have thermogenesis action while helping increase lean body mass.
Chromium, an essential trace mineral helps support blood sugar balance, while choline, inositol and L-methionine aids fat metabolism.

This is a great product to be used . . .
"This is a great product to be used as an aid in order to start a weight management program. It has all the proven key ingredients in order to kick-start your metabolism and give you that initial push in order to start your daily exercise routine. Highly recommend it."
I have been taken this product for . . .
"I have been taken this product for 3 weeks now (one pill a day). On week one I did feel less hungry and also I felt full up as I started eating, however I am still craving sweet things for comfort as I am going through a bad time at work and personal. I would suggest to anyone who wants to try this product to do so but be aware you still have to have the will power to say NO to temptation foods."
This is a decent blend of Chromium . . .
"This is a decent blend of Chromium with Black pepper, cayenne and Green tea plus SVETOL green coffee. I found that it did help me warm up and increase metabolism. Also felt more energetic and was able to exercise more! Green tea with Green coffee are a good complex to be taking. I rate Solgar supplements highly as their products are well researched and best Quality. I Lost 2 kg on first 3 weeks of taking 2 a day :)"
