Each coated tablet contains:Hydrolysed collagen 834mg Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 83.33mgVitamin E (d-alpha-tocopherol from d-alpha-tocopheryl acid succinate) 2.46mgCopper (from cupric oxide) 0.14mgCo-enzyme Q10 (ubidecarenone) 15mgGrape seed (Vitis vinifera extract 6.95mg) equiv. dry seed 834mgAlso contains: Phenylalanine, soya beans & sulfites, colouring substances & tabletting aids.
Directions

Adults: Take three tablets daily, during or immediately after a meal, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
