I have to take my medication for the rest of my life and used to buy this from the Chemist. I have found ordering from Health Post cheaper to buy on line and the speed in which it is posted is great. Will continue to use this on line service.

I had Age Related Macular damage so I have been taking 2 capsules daily to ensure good eye health.\nSo far no further damage.\nIt is best to prevent as there is no cure for ARMD.\nKarl

Great for skin

Vitamin A is needed for our skin, immune system, and overall health. It works with Vitamin E in the body; Vitamin E protects it in the body, so the work well together. I gave these two to my four teenage boys, at the time, to help with immunity and pimples. VItamin A is used up when working under bright lights and any glare, especially glare off water and snow. I see young people working under florescent lights in shops with terrible skin and often tell them they need some Vitamin A! \nWhen dealing with any sickness, colds, flu; this is the one that is usually not taken but it is a great anti-oxidant. \nMeasles strips the body of VItamin A, so large doses are needed, along with Vit E and VIt C.
