Magnesium Complex

Ultimate Life Magnesium Complex contains a highly absorbable form of magnesium combined with co-factors to ensure enhanced utilisation and absorption in the body. 

Magnesium is particularly important for the healthy function of the nervous and muscular systems, in the conduction of nerve impulses and contraction and relaxation of muscle fibres. Magnesium may also support during times of worry, nervousness and during periods of prolonged or vigorous exercise. Magnesium is involved in the metabolism of calcium, helps in the maintenance of strong healthy bones and the production of energy.

Pregnant and lactating women have increased requirements for magnesium as well as the elderly. Further, in our modern society, a typical diet is typically deficient in magnesium. Caffeine and alcohol consumption also deplete magnesium levels.

Adults: Take 2-3 vege capsules daily with a meal.
