Description

Viva La Vulva Belly Birth Ice Pack are ice packs designed to help you ‘chill’ comfortably. Belly birth mama, your healing journey just got a whole lot easier. Regularly icing is a natural way to soothe discomfort and swelling.

You've got this mama. Follow the recommendations of your midwife or healthcare professional. 

Do not place ice packs directly onto skin if frozen. 

Run the frozen pack under cold water to make the beads flexible again.
Ingredients

Glycerin, sodium polyacrylate, sobitol, water.Not to be consumed. 
Directions

For C-Section: Pop packs in the fridge for an hour or so. Once cold (not frozen), apply to c-section incision, don’t place it directly on skin, pop a towel in between. And don't forget, these help soothe swelling and itching sensations (If you deliver via c-section your vulva will still need heaps of love)
