Waihi Bush Flax Seed Oil Citrus: Pure New Zealand grown, cold pressed and fully traceable flax seed oil original infused with the delicate flavours of citrus.

Flax seed oil is one of nature’s richest plant sources of omega 3 (ALA).
Ingredients

Certified organic, cold pressed, extra virgin flax seed oil (100%), proudly grown and produced in Canterbury, New Zealand.Infused with natural extracts of lemon and lime zest.
Directions

To use: Recommend taking 1 to 2 tablespoons of oil a day (15-30ml).Drizzled over fish, meat or risottos, liven up green salads or roast vegetables. or added to smoothies or yoghurt.Flax Seed Oil Citrus will remain fresh and tasty in the fridge for up to 12 weeks once opened.
Precautions
  • Flax seed oil citrus can be used on cold, warm and hot foods just prior to serving, but should never be cooked or fried as this destroys the health-giving properties of this delicate oil. 
  • Never reheat food containing flax seed oil citrus.
  • See bottle for best before date and batch.
