Child 12 years old to Adult: Remove white cap, put your thumb onto the green cap and fingers onto the bottom of bottle, turn upside down, pump the green cap to release first drop.

Instil 1 drop into the affected eye, 1 to 3 times a day, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

I have used Weleda Cineraria Maritima for several years to slow cataract progression using a dispenser bottle with a soft, squeezable rubber bulb to place the drops in the eyes. The latest bottle has a different solid plastic pump dispensing system which is far more difficult to manage for people who by definition have defective vision!
