I probably spend enough of my wages on natural products here at HealthPost already, so taking a proper deep dive into our newest arrivals is… mildly hazardous. But such was the brief — and fair to say, I’ve uncovered a few genuine gems.

After browsing (and, naturally, trying) a selection of what’s new and trending, here are some products that stood out — the ones I’d happily recommend, repurchase, and work into my own routine.

Here are a few fresh finds worth considering:

1. Weleda Skin Food Super Serum

Having long been devoted to the Skin Food range — especially the original cream and Body Butter — I was curious to see how this serum would stack up.

True to form, it delivers that same deeply nourishing, skin-supportive feel, but in a lighter, more versatile format. It’s soothing, strengthening, and supercharged with ceramides — very much on trend, and for good reason when it comes to hydration and barrier support.

This feels like a future staple: a genuinely natural, good-value serum that slots easily into most routines, especially for dry or stressed skin.

2. Gevity Goodstachio Spread

I’m firmly on the functional beverage bandwagon, and this is a surprisingly good addition to my afternoon cacao.

Made with pistachios, MCT, and coconut milk powder, and sweetened with allulose (a more gut-friendly alternative), it’s both nourishing and decadent. The flavour is on the sweeter side for me on its own but stirred into a hot drink — cacao or even matcha — it works well.

A great option for those wanting something treat-like, but with sustained energy and a more functional edge – ideal for navigating the 3pm slump.

3. Radiance Collagen + Creatine

Two staple ingredients in my “ageing support” toolkit, conveniently combined.
This powder mixes well (especially in a warm drink like matcha), which is key given the full tablespoon needed to hit the daily dose. It’s worth noting creatine doesn’t love sitting around in liquid, so best to drink within the hour.

If, like me, your supplement routine is… comprehensive (occupational hazard), anything that streamlines without compromising efficacy is a win.

4. Me Today Choc N Chill

An easy, comforting way to weave nervous system support into an existing habit — the evening cuppa.

With a mild cacao flavour and a blend of calming adaptogens and L-theanine, this has become a bit of a household favourite — even the kids are on board as part of a wind-down routine.

Soothing, and effective — ideal for anyone looking to support relaxation in a simple way.

5. Antipodes Lime Caviar Intense Nourishment Mask

Antipodes has long been a go-to for me in skincare, so I was intrigued to see them step into haircare.

This mask left my wavy hair feeling soft, nourished, and noticeably shinier, without weighing it down. It carries that same signature Antipodes sensorial experience too — beautiful fragrance and thoughtfully chosen botanicals.

A promising start to their haircare range, and I’m keen to explore more.

6. Nutra Naturals Super Gut Strawberry Kiwi

When does the gut not appreciate a little extra support?

This pre- and probiotic blend combines multiple benefits into one easy product. Again, it’s a generous tablespoon to get the full dose — but thankfully, the flavour and mixability are spot on.

No bloating, easy to take, and a simple way to support balance in the microbiome — especially for those wanting a convenient, capsule-free, all-in-one option.

A good place to start

If you’ve been thinking about refreshing your wellness routine — or just trying something new without getting lost in the weeds — these are a solid place to start.

Tried, tested, and genuinely worth a look. I hope you find something here that works for you.
