Adults:

For therapeutic applications of magnesium add 1 scoop (8.7 g) to 200 ml of water twice daily.

For daily magnesium supplementation add 1 scoop (8.7 g) to 200 ml of water once daily.

Each 8.7 g Dose Contains:

Magnesium amino acid chelate (Meta Mag® - Magnesium diglycinate) 3.0g
Equiv. elemental Magnesium 300mg
Taurine 3.0g
Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 300mg
Calcium hydrogen phosphate 290mg
Equiv. elemental Calcium 68mg
Potassium phosphate – monobasic 182mg
Equiv. elemental Potassium 52mg
Pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6) 50mg

I have used Mega Magnesium for years as I suffered from Cramp. I found this product excellent and have recommended it to many friends. I prefer the Citrus flavour, but I will accept any other flavour as I know I will have a good sleep. I hope you are just out of stock for the larger jar as I would rather it.

I have taken this for some time now. I find I only get cramp occasionally, all depends I what I have been doing through the day. I prefer the Citrus flavour. I have recommended this product to a number of my friends.

I purchased to relieve pregnancy leg cramps and have found it works a treat. The couple nights I have neglected to drink before bed the cramps have come back. Happily purchased a second round when my first one finished.
