I bought this for my 9 year old at the time who was having trouble relaxing at night times and drifting to sleep and staying asleep. \nAfter a couple of nights using it he was relaxed and falling to sleep easily. We have been using it for a few months now and still doing the trick

Helps...

I mainly bought these for my kids who get joint pain every other day. They have one every night and the pain is not as frequent. However I cannot say that it calms them down and that they sleep better. Important is that they like the taste and it is shaped like a teddy.

Our kids can be pretty wired after a full day at school or daycare. These are great at helping them calm down before bed and I’ve notices there are fewer early morning wake ups in the dark.
