"If you haven’t taken collagen before this is a good one to start with as it’s easily tolerated and has a gentle but noticeable impact. It made my skin and nails and hair great. It didn’t have any taste or cause indigestion. I found I needed to take a higher dose to help with digestion problems so moved onto a larger dose using another product. But I’d recommend this product if you’d like to try a collagen supplement for the first time as a boost rather than as a treatment."
