I often take rhodiola in the mornings at work. As a teacher, I observe myself responding to certain students in calmer and more productive ways than I otherwise might - particularly some of the more challenging students. And of course, I observe them responding slightly differently to me too as a result. I'd like to take it every day, but I try to limit it to days when I'm a little more tired and/or stressed, as I don't think it's good to take anything like this all the time, but also because it seems to be less effective if taken too often.
I have often given a capsule or two to work colleagues who have been going through particularly stressful times, and the feedback is always that it has helped them considerably.
As with any kind of supplement, do your own research, but from what I have read, rhodiola is about as harmless as you can find, and its positive effects have been widely documented. I recommend it.
